- Return Eligibility
To ensure product safety and the health of pets, returns must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, intact packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Certain special items may not be eligible for return. - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Opened hygiene or grooming products (e.g., pet cleaning supplies).
Items marked as “Final Sale.” - Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service to request a return (please provide your order number and the reason for the return).
Wait for your request to be reviewed and for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be issued.
Securely package the item and ship it back to the designated address.
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. - Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has passed inspection.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
The standard processing time for refunds is 3–7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
For returns not due to quality issues: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors: We will cover the return shipping costs. - Exchange Policy
